Lucky scraped at the door a bit. It was raining and she wanted to come inside.

Cricket heard the other cat and came to the door. She looked up at the door knob and jumping up, she turned it using her claws to get a grip.

"Here, let me help you." Kit appeared, picking Cricket up, while turning the knob. "Oh, I'm sorry, Lucky! I thought you were inside." She said gently. "Do you fine gals want some warm milk?" She asked.

Cricket mewled.

"Is that a yes?" She coaxed. She went to the kitchen, and looked back to see if her two cats were following.

Cricket trotted alongside Kit.

Kit pulled a 2 lit milk carton out of the fridge. She got two bowls down from the cuboard above. Filling the two bowls half way, she placed them in the microwave for 20 secs.

Daisy sat under the kitchen table, growling at the cats.

Cricket waited for the milk to be finished.

Waiting, Kit made that sure Daisy kept a good 2 feet away from the cats. The microwave beeped, and Kit carefully lifted the warm milk bowls from the appliance. Placing the bowls on the floor, she grabbed Daisy by her blue collar so she wouldn't lick all the milk up. (Cats hunger up by 27)

Daisy growled. "Watch out, cat. Stay away from Kit or else..."

Kit yawned. "Good night, gals." And she crept out of the room, without a sound.

Daisy followed her owner, keeping her eye on the cats before walking away into her bedroom room to snuggle up in her basket by Kit's bed.

Cricket finished her milk and found a comfterble spot in a box somewhere in the house.

Kit instantly fell asleep.

Lucky walked over to the fireplace. She stretched out in front of it, falling into a light sleep. She was aware the dog didn't like her and kept her ears pricked up.

Kit breathed deeply and turned over.

Cricket got up and roamed around the house.

Kit muttered in her sleep.

Lucky blinked her eyes open. She rolled over on her back and stared at the ceiling.

There was a thumping sound on the window. A red fox stood there, gleaming at Lucky.

Cricket raced over to Lucky. She looked at the fxo and ran up to it. She glared at it giving a warning hiss.

Kit woke to the sound of Cricket's hiss. She got up, scared that her and Daisy had gotten into another fight.

CRicket meowed at Kit pawing at the window.
